Crunchy Munchy Chicken Tenders

4-8 skinless boneless chicken tenders1 cup of cereal ground up (Total, Fiber One, Kashi, or a combination of all of them)1 egg white beatennon stick cooking spraysauce for dipping
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Crush up cereal in blender or food processor, add garlic powder, salt/pepper, Italian seasoning
Dip chicken tenders in egg white and roll in the crushed up cereal mixture
Spray cookie sheet and tenders liberally with cooking spray
Bake in oven for 20-30 mins., after 15 mins, turn over if you want it crispy brown on both sides
Use mustard, ketchup, or marinara sauce for dipping!
