20 grams Rye flour, light 20 grams Wheat bran, crude 0.25 cup Now Sports Eggwhite Protein Powder (by PTREINEN) 0.5 tsp Baking Soda 50 mL Buttermilk, lowfat 10 grams Flour, whole grain
Mix all dry ingredients. Warm the milk. Mix everything. Form into 4 buns. Bake on parchment paper for 15 min at 180.
