Omlette with Red Peppers and Mushrooms

Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 50 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 0.25 gram(s) Canola Oil Cooking Spray (1/4 sec. spray) (by SIS1979) 1 slice (3/4 oz) American Cheese dash of onion powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
lightly spray non-stick pan on medium heat with canola spray. Add chopped bell pepper and mushrooms, and a little pinch of salt to sweat the peppers. Cook until the mushrooms are cooked up. remove from heat and spray pan with canola oil again. add the eggs, scrambled to the pan. let egg cook on slowly and then add the mushrooms and peppers back to the egg. add one slice of cheese, fold, and serve. Add salsa if you like.
