2 Cups Oat Bran 1.5 cup Milk, nonfat2 Egg WhitesI Cup Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp Baking Soda1/2 Cup Molasses1 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Apples1/4 Cup Slivered Almonds1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
-Soak Oat Bran in milk for 5 minutes
-Add remaining ingredients
-Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes
