Ingredients
0.25 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup Asparagus, fresh1.0 clove Garlic1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2.0 serving Bacon Bits (oscar mayer real bacon bits)
Directions
Sautee asparagus in EVO with minced garlic until cooked through then remove asparagus from pan. Beat eggs and add to pan with remaining EVO. Flip when all edges are dry. Add feta, bacon bits, and asparagus. Fold omelet then serve Serving Size: Makes 1 serving
