Kale Apple Pear Casserole

Ingredients
4.0 cup, chopped Kale1.0 serving Apple-Granny Smith Green (Medium)1.0 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Pears, fresh1.0 clove Garlic6.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2.0 cup, cubes Butternut Squash5.0 tsp Ginger Root3.0 serving Kraft Fresh Take Italian Parmesan Cheese & Breadcrumb mix
Directions
Preheat oven to 400° Cut butternut squash in half and place facedown in cooking dish with one cup of water. Bake for 40 minutes. Chop apple and pear into small pieces. Heat three tsp of olive oil and ginger and minced garlic in pan. Add fruit to pan and cook approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in the four cups of kale, cleaned and chopped, and saute together until kale has cooked down. After removing squash from the oven, spoon squash into saute mixture and stir well. In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with 3 tsp olive oil until blended. Lightly spray casserole dish, spoon in kale mixture, and top with breadcrumbs. Bake for 20 minutes.
