Ingredients
992.0 Grams Ham, extra lean, (5% fat)1700.0 Grams Beans, black415.0 Grams Brown Rice, medium grain3.0 tbsp cajun seasonings
Directions
Pressure cook everything except rice. Add cooled cooked rice and let sit for 10 minutes. Serving Size: 1 cup Edit:original recipe was way too hot! And we like it hot. I edited it leaving out the jalapeņo and only 3 Tablespoons of Cajun seasonings instead of 4.
