Pressure cook everything except rice. Add cooled cooked rice and let sit for 10 minutes.
Serving Size: 1 cup
Edit:original recipe was way too hot! And we like it hot. I edited it leaving out the jalapeņo and only 3 Tablespoons of Cajun seasonings instead of 4.
