5 cup, sliced Zucchini 2 cup, sliced Summer Squash 454 grams Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 5 cup Sauce, Prego Marinara Sauce 2 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 serving cheese, Kraft Italian 5 cheese blend (1 oz or 1/4 cup) 3 serving 2 tsp Italian Seasoning (by JULIE1933)
Brown meat and mix with Marinara. Mix ricotta with egg and Italian seasoning. Slice vegetables thin on mandolin. Layer zucchini, ricotta, meat sauce. Repeat with squash and zucchini again. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 375 for 40 min to an hour
