1.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1.5 cup Flour, white 1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Honey 3 gram Quick-Rise Instant Yeast ( Fleishmann's) per 1/4 tsp / 0.6g (by MELTEAGUE)
Put all ingredients in bread machine on dough cycle. When machine is done (approx. 1.5 hours), remove and shape into loaf or 12 buns. Let rise until about double and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from pan immediately and cool on rack.
