Turkey Mexican Stew

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground turkeytaco seasoning packet1/2 c water1 lg. can diced tomatoes1 can corn1 can kidney beansgarnish with fat free sour cream
Directions
In a large saute pan, brown the ground turkey, add taco seasoning packet and 1/2 c water, then add the diced tomatoes and let simmer for 20 minutes. Add the corn and beans and it is ready to serve. Makes 4 bowls of stew, 15 burritos, or place on a bed of lettuce.
