Beef in Red Wine Sauce

580.0 Grams Carrots, raw2.74 lb Beef chuck, arm pot roast2.0 tbsp Olive Oil4.0 serving bacon, hormel black label bacon lower sodium 2 pcs1.0 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste8.0 fl oz Red Wine2.0 cup Beef stock, home-prepared1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.12 cup Flour, white
Directions
Peel and chop carrots. Place in the bottom of the crockpot. Season carrots and sprinkle with one tbsp of flour. Brown meat in olive oil and place in crock por. Repeat with onions and bacon. Add flour and tomato paste to crock pot. Pour over liquid and cook on low for 10 hours.
