Ingredients
1 large Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 0.5 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp 0.15 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Mash cooked sweet potato with 1 banana until smooth. Divide in half and top each bowl with half a sliced banana, chia, and cinnamon. Add berries and granola for variety and flavor. Serving Size: makes 2 bowls
