2 serving chicken breast pieces(raw) (by RUFUSKHAN) 6 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 1 small Onions, raw 0.5 cup Buttermilk, lowfat 20 grams Flour, whole grain 2 serving Egg white, large 1 tbsp Parsley 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) (by TIARENEE) 1 tbsp Chillis, ground with garlic (by ROSCOE01) 3 dash Salt
Boil and chop the chicken breast into small pieces. Saute the onion in a little water until transparent. Allow both to cool. Mix egg whites, chopped parsley, egg whites and spices. Add the flour and the buttermilk. Bake in an 8inch pie plate (lightly buttered or covered in parchment paper) for 30 min at 180.
