Avocado Cream for Pork Chops

Ingredients
2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 8 tbsp Daisy Lite Sour Cream 15 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice 0.25 tsp Coarse Kosher Salt, Morton (by DJARTIST) 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) (by TIARENEE) 113 grams Cilantro, raw
Directions
Put the cilantro, sour cream, avocado and lime juice in a food processor and run until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap pressed on top until serving, to keep the avocado from browning.



Serving Size: Makes about 2 cups. Serving size is 1/2 of a cup.
