Crock Pot Moo Shue Pork

Ingredients
12 oz Pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, cooked, broiled 3 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Argo Cornstarch 12 serving La Tortilla Factory Ivory Teff Gluten Free Tortillas - 1 Wrap 2 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Eden Selected Toasted Sesame Oil 16 oz Coleslaw, Dole Classic 6 tbsp Hoisin Sauce 12 Gluten Free Tortilla/Wraps
Directions
stir together hoisin, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce (i use gluten free), and cornstarch. set aside. Place coleslaw mix and carrots in crockpot.
Cut pork into 1/8" thick strips and then cut in half lengthwise and place on top of coleslaw mix. Drizzle with 1/4 cup sauce mix. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
Remove cover and stir in remaining hoisin mix.
Heat tortillas until warm. Place 1/2 cup mixture in center of each tortilla. Top with scallions if desired.
