Agedashi Tofu

Ingredients
210 g extra firm Tofu1/2 of water, Dashi disolved in the water2 tablespoons of soya sauce1 1/2 tablespoons of mirin (sweet rice wine)5 g of grated ginger - use the liquid1 1/2 tablespoons of cornstarch to coat the tofu2-3 tablespoons of frying oilgreen onion to garnish
Directions
Mix up the sauce - using all ingredients except the tofu and the oil

Deepfry the tofu in the oil

add green onions to sprinkle on top
