Whole Wheat Banana Walnut Bread

Ingredients
2 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1.5 cup, mashed Banana, fresh 1.5 tsp Baking Powder 0.5 tsp Baking Soda 0.2 tsp Nutmeg, ground 0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Granulated Sugar 0.5 cup Canola Oil 0.25 tsp Salt 0.25 cup, chopped Walnuts
Directions
Grease bottom and sides of loaf pan; preheat oven to 350. Mash up bananas in mixer; add eggs, sugar, oil/applesauce (sub 2/3 c applesauce for oil). Add dry ingredients; stir until just mixed. Fold in nuts; spoon batter into pan. Bake 55-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes; remove from pan. Serving Size: Makes 2 loaves
