Ingredients
1.0 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream4.0 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh2.0 medium Carrots, raw0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese4.0 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium2.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Directions
Combine vegetable ingredients in crock pot with butter, stock, S&P until crisp tender. (4 hours) Add heavy cream and cheese to melt (1 hour) Garnish with grated cheddar. Serving Size: 1 cup
