Ham, cheese, and onion omelet

4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese10.0 serving Shoney's Ham, Diced - 1 Tablespoon (9.1 grams)0.5 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving)2.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Prepare omelet by whisking 1/2 cup 2% milk with 4 whole, raw eggs. Cook until browned on both sides. Add diced ham and cheese until cheese is half melted. Finally, add onion and fold. Let it heat for about 1 min. Serve.
