Ingredients
4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 serving 4 Egg Whites-Scrambled 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Combine almond flour and baking powder set aside Cut up butter into little pieces and fold into almond flour Scramble egg whites until fluffy and fold almond flour gently into the eggs. Spray muffin tin with coconut oil spray and evening distribute into 8 muffins Bake at 400 for 11 mins
