Holly's Turkey Eggroll in a Bowl

Ingredients
6 cup Classic cole slaw Dole 14 oz bag (by CRILEY71) 4 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Ginger, ground 1 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 16 oz Turkey - 99% Fat Free - Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast 1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 1 tsp Zatarains Creole Seasoning
Directions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground turkey breast and green onions and cook, stirring to crumble, until cooked through. Do not drain.
Add the coleslaw mix, garlic, ginger, zatarain's creole seasoning and soy sauce to the skillet with the sausage. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until cabbage has softened.
Remove from the heat and drizzle with sesame oil.
