Lemon Yogurt Sauce (To top Blueberry & Apple Salad)

8 oz lemon nonfat yogurt1/2 tsp lemon extract2 Tbsp Honey1/2 Cup chopped pecanslemon peel
Directions
Blend all ingredients together with small whisk. Top over fresh blueberries and apple chunks (drizzle a bit of lemon on apples to prevent browning). Serving size 2 Tablespoons.
