Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Salt3.0 tbsp Palm Oil4.0 clove Garlic0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.5 cup slices Radishes, white icicle2.0 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon5.61 gram Ajinomoto Monosodium glutamate (1tsp)1.0 serving green chilli pepper (45g)750.0 gram Lean Ground Pork 96% lean /4%fat
Directions
Heat oil in pan and sautee' the garlic, onion and ground pork. Add in salt and monosodium glutamate and mix ingredients in the pan until the pork changes its color. Add in the lemon juice then mix in the finely chopped radish. Simmer the ingredients for 15 to 20mins with occasional stirring until the radish becomes tender. Taste and adjust according to preference. Serve. Serving Size: Makes 8, 1-cup servings
