Ingredients
* Pink Salmon (canned), 1 can * Egg, fresh, 2 jumbo * Saltine Crackers (Saltines), 1 cup, crushed * Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
Directions
Mash up the first 3 ingredients. You can add dill or onion powder if you want. Make into 4 patties about 3/4 inch thick and cook in butter till crisp on both sides.
