Berries and Protien Shake

Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen raspberries1/2 cup frozen strawberries1 scoop Strawberry Whey Protien1/2 cup low fat milk1/2 cup low fat yogurt1/2 cup Fiber One6 ice cubes
Directions
Place all ingredients into blender and blend for 5 minutes.

When blended for 5 minutes this makes 2 12 oz servings.
