peanut butter and chili pork

4 pork loins 2 chilli pepperspeanut butter (smooth or crunchy depending preference)margarine or butterclear honey (optional)double cream
serves 4 people with rice.
in a small pan mix together 1 tbsp of margarine or butter, 4 tbsp of peanut butter, 1 finely chopped chilli pepper, 1 tbsp honey and half the double cream. mix together on a very low heat.
cook pork chops in oven until thoroughly cooked through.
cook rice as per packet instructions
at this point the mixture should have a milk like consistancy, please note you can tweek this recipie to your taste by adding more peanut butter etc until you have the desired taste.
once pork and rice is cooked, place on a serving plate and pour mixture over the pork, finely chop remaining chili and quick fry in a little butter, to garnish if desired, serve whilst hot and enjoy.
ALTERNATIVELY
if you would rather spare the colories from the cream and butter you can mix together peanut butter, honey, chilli's in a bowl, heat a little in microwave to soften the mixture and spread on top of the pork 5 mins before end of cooking time,
this way is great with seasonal salad to really save the calories.
