Surimi Cucumber Rice salad

Ingredients
3 oz Imitation Alaskan King Crab 1 medium Cucumber, peeled and seeded 3 Green Onions, chopped3 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 3 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar .5 tsp Sesame Oil 1 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce) 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Ginger Root
Directions
Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, hot sauce, ginger, green onions for dressing, and set aside.
Mix chopped cucumber, chopped surimi, cooked rice together. Toss with dressing.
