Ingredients
1.5 serving White Potato - Small Boiled with skin .25 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Cut washed potatoes into wedges.
Lightly coat sliced potatoes with olive oil.
Spread on a cookie sheet in one layer
Bake at 350 until tender about 20 mins. stir every 5 mins
