Arlenes Green Chili Stew

Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Butter, salted1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon2.0 chop, excluding refuse (yield from 1 raw chop, with refuse, weighing 151 g) Pork, fresh, loin, blade (chops or roasts), bone-in, separable lean and fat, raw4.0 cup Cauliflower, raw4.0 clove Garlic1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average1.5 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned
Directions
Debone and dice pork. Brown in butter, add onions and garlic, cook 5 ninutes, add green chilis. Stir until heated then add 1 cup of chicken broth, cauliflower, tomatoes and seasoning. Simmer 1 hour. Serving Size: 4 - 2 1/2 Cup servings
