Creamy Crock Pot Chicken Stew

Ingredients
500 grams Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 serving I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Regular (Soft) Spread, 1 Tbsp 1 medium Carrots, raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 stalk, small (5" long) Celery, raw 1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup .5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 0.5 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat 0.25 tsp Poultry seasoning 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
Directions
Chop all veggies and chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook 4 - 6 hrs on high or 8 - 10 hrs on low.
