Banana pancakes (4 per serving)

Ingredients
2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Oats, Quaker 1 dash Salt 1 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Using a fork, mash bananas and eggs together in a bowl to create a uniform consistency. In a power blender, turn oats into oat flour and add to the wet ingredients along with the salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Using a quarter cup measure, pour onto hot non-stick griddle or pan. Flip when bubbles appear and underside is browned. Makes 8 pancakes per batch. Very easy to half
