Ingredients
.5 cup Oats, Quaker 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 dash Salt .5 tsp Baking Powder .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 cup Milk, 1%
Directions
In a high power blender, blend oats into oat flour. Add oat flour, egg, milk, salt, and baking powder together in a bowl. Add cinnamon (optional). Using a quarter cup measure, pour batter onto a hot, non-stick griddle or pan. Flip when bubbles form on top and underside is golden brown. Yield 4 pancakes per batch.
