1 serving mushroom, portabella cap - 1 cap-3 oz serv 0.5 cup, sliced Onions, raw 0.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 serving Sargento Reduced Fat Colby-Jack Cheese Slice, 1 serving = 1 slice 5 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Thyme, ground 3 tsp Garlic 1 tsp Pepper, black 2 tbsp Italian Salad Dressing, diet 1 serving Bread - Nickles Light 35 Multigrain Bread (serving 2 slices) 1 cup, chopped Kale
Mix vinegar, garlic, black pepper, and thyme. Marinate portabello (stem removed), while cooking onion, pepper, and kale. When done, add mixture inside mushroom cap, cover with cheese slice, and back for 10-15 minutes in 400 degree oven.
