cranberry cornbread stuffing janiceg

Ingredients
6 cup Pepperridge Farms Corn Bread Stuffing Mix (by DILBERTA) 2 serving *corn bread muffin, jiffy (by CABC_2941) 3 cup, whole Cranberries 5 tbsp Butter, salted 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 large Onions, raw .3 cup Granulated Sugar 32 fl oz Chicken Broth
Directions
saute onion and celery in butter.
Crumble muffins (or equivalent amount in cornbread) and add to a bag of cornbread stuffing mix in a large mixing bowl. Add cranberries and sugar to onion and celery mixture saute 5 minutes or so... Add half the broth and bring to a simmer until cranberries start to pop. Add mixture to bowl of stuffing mix and combine. Add the rest of broth and mix until all moistened. Stuff turkey or chicken and put extra in a small roasted pan and cook on 350 for 1 hour covered. Add stuffing from turkey to stuffing cooked separately.
