4 serving Whole Grain Rotini Pasta 6.5 serving Bumble Bee Chunk White Albacore in Oil, 2 oz drained, 56 g, about 1/4 cup 2 cup Kroger Brand Casserole Blend Cheese 2 cup Milk, 1% 1.333 cup Peas, frozen 1 serving I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp .25 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
1) Cook 4 cups of whole wheat rotini pasta
2) In a separate pan, make a simple rue with 1 tbsp of butter, 2 cups of milk and a quarter cup of flower
3) Add two cups of cheese to rue to make a simple cheese sauce
4) Add frozen peas and tuna to cheese sauce
5) Stir till combined and you are done...FAST, EASY!
