Ingredients
1.0 cup Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup Flour, white1.0 tsp Baking Soda0.5 cup Granulated Sugar1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.5 cup Canola Oil1.0 cup, grated Carrots, raw
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, beat all wet ingredients. Incorporate the dry into the wet. Fold in the carrots. Portion into a well greased mini muffin pan. Bake 15 minutes.
