Mini Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 Lb Ground turkey thighs2 Tbsp Ketchup1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper8 wheat dinner rollslettucetomatomayoolive oil for grill
Directions
Combine ground turkey, ketchup, salt and pepper. Divide into 8, form into balls and press into 1/2 inch thick patties.

Brush hot grill with olive oil and cook burgers for 6 minutes on each side. Brush burgers lightly with olive oil to prevent drying out.

Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, and mayo.
