Ingredients
1/2 c fat free 1/2&1/21 pkg knorr alfredo sauce1 c nonfat milk1/2 pkg imitation crab meat6 lg cooked shrimp1 14 1/2 oz. can artichoke hearts1 1/2 c. cooked pasta
Directions
In lg pan make alfredo according to pkg directions, omitting 1/4 c milk, and using fat free half and half instead. Add seafood and artichoke hearts. Add cooked pasta and serve.
Makes about 3 servings.
