Ingredients
2 tbsp Cider Vinegar 2 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 large Onions, raw 2 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 16 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 6 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 2 can Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added 1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 1.5 cup Mushrooms, canned 2.5 cup Beans, red kidney
Directions
Fry onions and 2 cloves of garlic - add chili powder to taste - add beef cook until no longer pink - add all other ingredients bring to a boil and simmer until thickened - 3 to 4 hours for best flavour
