Ingredients
4 pepper Jalapeno Peppers .5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry
Directions
cook quinoa according to directions (1/2 cup dry quinoa, 1 cup water), cool then mix in cheese, chopped jalapenos, scramble eggs. Put in 9x13 baking dish, cook 25-30 min until eggs are set.
