Gluten Free Goulash

4 serving barilla gluten free pasta (spaghetti, elbows, rotini) 1 serving=2 oz dry=1 c cooked (MOMDECORATES) (by MOMDECORATES) 16 oz Ground beef, lean 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2.5 cup Stewed Tomatoes
Cook 4 c. of pasta per package instructions. Rinse, drain, and set aside. Saute chopped onion in tbs. of oil until translucent. Add crushed garlic and bell peppers and saute without browning garlic. Add ground beef and saute until done. Add Stewed tomatoes and cook for about 20 minutes.
