leeks pie

Ingredients
1000 grams Leeks 100 grams Sunflower Oil 100 grams Feta Cheese 500 g Cornflour (UK) 250 mL Water, tap ( more or less)
Directions
cut the leeks in very small pieces, add the cheese and oil. in a bigger dish mix the flour and water. add the leeks and mix all together. the mass should be very soft but not liquid...put all in a baking tray , spread uniformly 1.5- 2cm thick. bake until nice gold brown in 230-250 grade celsius
