Ingredients
Old Fashioned Oats, 2 cup Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1/2 c, hulled Oat Bran, 3/4 cWheat germ, crude, 2 TbspAlmonds, 3/4 cup, sliced Cinnamon, ground, 3 tbsp
Directions
Combine all ingredients in ziplock bag, shake to combine.

1 serving = 3/4 cup

Mix one serving with 3/4 cup milk and store overnight in refrigerator. For hot breakfast, heat in microwave. Otherwise add fruit and yogurt and enjoy as cold cereal.

Can also microwave 1-part cereal to 2-parts water or skim milk in microwave for 2 minutes. Add yogurt and fruit and enjoy!
