20 serving Mission Flour Tortillas, Soft Taco, 8 inch, 49g 5.35 oz Cheese, Block - Colby & Monterey Jack (Kroger) 24 oz Boneless Pork Sirloin Roast
Preparation: Cook pork roast in the slow cooker on low for about eight hours. Add any seasonings to taste, cover with water.
When meat is complete - heat up your flour tortillas, shred cheese, and roll meat and cheese into tortilla. Secure with a toothpick.
To cook: fry them up in pan until golden brown on outside. Serve with salsa.
Note: Cook dry beans in water from roast. Makes really yummy main course later.
