Ingredients
1.5 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell) 170 gram(s) Chicken Steak-Umm
Directions
I cook the peppers and onions separate because not everyone likes the same amount. I use butter to cook them. I also put a little butter on the pan for the chicken. Cook chicken according to package instructions.
