0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 cup Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt2.0 tsp Baking Powder0.5 tsp Baking Soda2.0 serving 1 Large Brown Egg3.5 cup king arthur whole wheat flour45.0 tsp Florida crystals organic cane sugar1.0 cup great value fat free Greek yogurt
In a medium bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
In a large bowl combine eggs, yogurt and sweet potato.
Carefully add dry to wet.
Dough will be sticky.
Pore dough out on counter, roll out to 1/2 inch.
Carefully cook in 350° oil about 2 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 60 1" doughnut holes
