250 gram(s) Coels self raising flour (by ERCOLE@) 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Cumin seed .25 cup Olive Oil 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 100 grams Feta Cheese 2 tsp Thyme, ground 60 grams Sunflower Seeds, without salt (reserve some for top)0.10 cup Pepitas (Pumkin Seed Kernals)
Mix flour, powder, cumin. Separately whisk oil, milk, carrot and egg.
Mix two together. Gently mix feta cheese, thyme, seeds into mixture. Pour into greased flour pan. Sprinkle extra seeds and push gently into bread. Cook at 180 degree (Celsius) for 40 - 45 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes out of oven. Slice. Eat with butter.
Serving Size: 12 slices
