4.0 oz Cream Cheese2.0 1tsp Olive Oil1.0 tsp Garlic700.0 Grams Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled1.5 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded8.0 serving fresh mushrooms, sliced (0.25 cup)
Brown beef in olive oil and garlic
Place beef in square glass baking dish
Cut cream cheese in 4 pieces and place evenly on top of beef
Sprinkle cheese on top
Cook at 300 for 20 minutes
Remove from oven and mix
Sprinkle more cheese on top
