2 serving Yehuda gluten-free matzo-style squares, toasted onion .25 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) .33 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) .12 tbsp carrington farms chia seeds 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 3 mushroom Mushrooms, cooked hot boiled watersalt pepper
slice & saute mushrooms in butter flavored pam. while cooking, break matzoh into medium pieces. add salt, pepper, chia & flax. add hot water to cover. mix and cover to soften matzoh. add egg beaters. add butter to mushrooms in pan, then place matzoh mixture over mushrooms. try to gently mix together without cooking matzoh too much. let set and brown slightly. then turn over. let brown slightly. then add more butter flavore pam and break pattie into smaller chunks. try to turn them a few times until desired doneness
