Ingredients
1.0 tbsp Garlic powder0.5 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tsp Salt2.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw3.0 small Turnips2.0 large Zucchini, baby8.0 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium9.0 oz Baby Carrots Grimmway Farms (3 oz = about 10/11 baby carrots)16.0 oz Beef, Sirloin Tips4.0 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz)8.0 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium
Directions
Brown the beef. Add the chopped onions and sautee until translucent. Chop remaining vegetables. Add seasonings and broith and simmer until done. We tranferred to slow cooker and let simmer for several hours. Serving Size: Makes 16 1 cup servings
